He needs to hear requests for IMMEDIATE ACTION! Be POLITE but FIRM. Channel your inner elementary school teacher voice. 2/3

Remember: it doesn't matter what you say. Aids will listen to the messages & tally the # of ppl calling about Covid. It's more important that you call & ask for action than what you say! (be polite- aids are ppl too!)
