I'm reading a lot of "we poured all this money into Ossoff and Warnock and they lost, it's pointless" and jesus fucking christ please think it through:
ONE election's worth of people across the country pouring money into races came within a hair (and may have succeeded, if it goes to runoff) of flipping seats Republicans have been shoring up for 40 years.
It just took *one election's* worth of national attention to these races to bring the hard work of grassroots activists there into bloom and unravel 40 years' worth of conservative Christian racist efforts.
All that effort and money poured into trying to get Stacey Abrams into the governor's seat in 2018 wasn't a failure: it may well be the biggest factor in turning GA blue. https://news.yahoo.com/georgia-election-results-trump-biden-140754054.html
