It's November, so some people are talking about #NoNutNovember. Most of them will fail though. Why? Let's see...
First of all, you need to change your mindset. Understand that this is a problem, and that you need to implement several changes in your lifestyle, in order to get rid of it. Going for a "highscore", just because you saw a meme on social media, it's a recipe for failure.
What you should do instead:

- Stay busy during the day. If you are bored, and you have plenty of free time, you know that it won't result in good things. Idleness is the mother of all evil, as Solon, an Athenian sage, said. Find things to do. Clean your house, for example.
- Something else that helps a lot is fasting. If you can control your hunger, you can control many other things in your life, especially when it comes to instincts. Plus, fasting makes your mind clearer. If you haven't do it before, do it the easy way. Go from lunch to lunch.
- You may also find helpful watching YT videos, to take advice by other people who practise it. Once you have taken the knowledge that you need though, I don't recommend watching them anymore, because they would remind you of what you don't want to think about in the first place.
- Check your social media. If you follow people who post sexu@lly provoking images, consider unfollowing them. If not, it's easier to fail. You could also take a break for a while, so you will spend less time online.

- Work out. You will feel much better, and you...
...will spend time on it, leaving less free time in your day. You don't need to go to the gym. You can train by using your own bodyweight, it's actually the best for beginners. If you own weights/machines, make use of them. Consider also running and going for walks in Nature.
- Take cold showers, even if it's for some seconds at the end of your regular shower. The best period to start taking them is during summer, when the water is not actually cold. In any case, you will get use to them gradually. Don't fear them. Just do it.
- Stop eating trash. Get rid of any unhealthy food which there is in your house. Bin it. Eat natural, whole foods. We are what we eat, as Ludwig Feuerbach, a German philosopher, said.

- Spend time with good friends and family if possible. Time passes fast when you are with them.
- Fix your sleep. Having a standard sleeping pattern allows your body and mind to function better.

This is it. Do these things, if you want to succeed. If you go the whole month "clean", while changing your lifestyle, you are going to see changes in your mood, energy levels...
...and overall physical and mental health. I'm sure that many of you will not want to return to their previous coomer state, and instead you will continue further than simply this month. I guarantee this, and I know that YOU can do it.

Thank you for reading!
P.S. What I thought that it will be a small #NoNutNovember thread turned out to be something of a "life-coaching" one, but I think that it's much better like this. :-)
I think that this post makes my thread complete. Thank you, Bee! https://twitter.com/yja_fr/status/1324667756663447553
