As a 50-50 country we are on an extremely dangerous path. Let me explain why:
Rural areas tend to lean conservative which are declining in population.
Metro areas tend to lean socialist which are rising in population.
Metro areas tend to lean socialist which are rising in population.
The left side of the aisle claims to be the side that is caring and tolerant. However numerous times they turn on their own when they step out of “line”.
As Ronald Reagan once said “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.” Even more true now that we are 2 full generations removed from having fought an active war to maintain freedom.
I think a large majority of this country is fiscally conservative while being socially responsible, which is not fully represented by either party.
To many folks vote based on party lines vs critically think and decide what is best. Elections have consequences and there are numerous examples in history of the potential path we are on.
