Three years ago I decided to get serious with the way my body performed. I hired a nutritionist and began to learn the details behind keeping your mind and body sharp and strong, in order to perform at a high clip with work, working out, and life in general.
Those of you who know me personally know I’m an individual that is a bit of a nut with a militant mentality.

At no times throughout the day am I sluggish.

If someone were to wake me up at 2am and ask me to run 4 miles I could perform that easily. Carry weight north of 400lbs, consider it done.... calculate Volga P&L on a 2% shock, I could do that.... my mind and body is balanced & functions sharp because I fuel it correctly.
Everyone’s body is different.People react differently to different foods, their insulin levels move accordingly.
