The media and the Left have promulgated the lie that when Trump goes away, so does their animus for those who voted for him. That lie is transparent. Within months, we'll be hearing about how any prospective 2024 Republican is worse than Trump, and how you are evil again.
Just wait. We'll get:
"Nikki Haley is as racist as Trump, but at least he wasn't subtle about it, which makes her scarier!"
"At least Trump didn't threaten entitlements the way Ted Cruz says he wants to!"
"Tim Scott is more dangerous than Trump because he conceals GOP bigotry!"
"Trump was willing to sign bipartisan spending bills, which is more than Ben Sasse would do!"
"Sure, Trump was a sexist, but Kristi Noem has internalized the patriarchy, hiding sexism beneath the veneer of femininity!"
