To begin a lawsuit, a plaintiff pleads a case that some harm was done. In our case, Democrats are making fake ballots and stealing various states. For this claim to have credence, the state has to actually be stolen first. This is nerve wracking but necessary.

If the Dems manufactured a bunch of votes but ultimately did not change the outcome of the election it would be harder to show harm was done to the Trump campaign. Even simpler, the suit wouldn't even be necessary.
