That's a wrap on STEP 2020

Over the past year, 14 young creatives have taken part in two 6-month placements at some of London's leading cultural & creative organisations

Now at the end of the programme, hear from some of our trainee's journies & what they're doing next

This is Caroline Francis

She has worked at @FdnFutureLondon and @ucl in marketing whilst being on the programme

Caroline will continue to work at UCL for a few months whilst working on her own creative heritage project

This is Christine Pungong

This is Mohammed Rahman

He's worked at @FdnFutureLondon & @UCL_Culture in Digital Content, Community Engagement and Exhibitions

He'll be continuing at @FdnFutureLondon as a freelancer & has also been considered for a trustee role at an East London cultural institution

This is Rory Boyle

He has worked at @Sadlers_Wells in Community Arts, Learning and Engagement

Rory's currently working on 2 podcasts; one being Queer Ear for @RoundhouseLDN

He'll also be mentoring young audio makers creating their first work for the @WADUP_Podcast

This is Tasnim Siddiqa Amin

She's worked at @StratfordCircus as a Creative Learning + Marketing Intern & Summer School Officer at @LondonLegacy

She's been offered to stay on at @LondonLegacy for a further 9mnths & will be applying to do Masters at @csm_news in art & philosophy

This is Will Asare

He has worked at @LCFLondon and @worldwidefm in Digital Content Production & will be continuing at Worldwide FM after STEP
