1. The Washington Post’s Greg Sargent is a fool. If you’re going to write about me at least listen to my radio show, jackass. I didn’t say a legislature should appoint the electors, although it can.
2. I said that the state legislature put in place election laws and the state Supreme Court, governor, etc, do not have the power to change those election laws. Therefore, the law as passed by the legislature is controlling not the edicts from courts or governors.
3. In Pennsylvania, that means the legal votes are those votes made under the election laws passed by the legislature.
4. The eleventh hour changes by the state supreme court ruling parts of the law unconstitutional Because if the coronavirus, and its imposition of changes specifically rejected by the legislature but demanded by the governor, are unconstitutional.
5. Article II of the constitution could not be clearer. So before you write about a person or a topic get you facts right.
6. It’s the elected Democrats on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Democrat Governor and Secretary of State who’ve made the last minute changes to the state statutes in violation of the constitution. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/11/05/if-trump-loses-recriminations-are-going-get-very-ugly/
