#BlackPeople have not only pushed to save OUR nation via your election but also, due to #Georgia, may possibly #ClaimTheSenate. I think it’s only fair to propose a #SecretaryOfEquity to the #PresidentialCabinet to address our disparities. May I suggest

The innovative grassroots effort @staceyabrams perfected to #FlipGeorgiaBlue let’s us KNOW that she not only understands the needs of #BlackPeople but our entire nation. Having her as the #SecretaryOfEquity will ensure thorough analysis of the issues and impactful solutions.

Given ALL the disparities uncovered during this year of #PandemicAndProtest the hashtag #SecretaryOfEquity should be #Viral and #Trending as number 1.
We need a #SecretaryOfEquity on the #Federal, #State, and #Local level with a representative to sit in each #PresidentialCabinet

Every #FederalAgency will have an #EquityRepresentative. Their role will be to analyze ALL efforts via an #EquityLens. They report to the #SecretaryOfEquity in the #PresidentialCabinet. Imagine the impact that could have in the @usedgov @HUDgov @HHSGov to address disparities

If you want to cripple a person, to weaken a nation, all you have to do is keep them #Sick, #Hungry, and #Uneducated because at that point they are not trying to thrive but merely survive. #Necropolitics have historically done just this. We need a #SecretaryOfEquity to address.

The DNC is just the DNC. We need to create a freestanding Department in #PresidentialCabinet that exists regardless of who is President. This #SecretaryOfEquity would be on equal playing field, money and resources to match, w/ @StateDept @HUDgov w/ purpose of tackling disparities
