Self management is challenging, particularly in young people worried about weight gain.
Not sure if we need new diagnoses. It suggests that there is a subset of comorbidity rather than a common underlying patio mechanism
Common presentations
Keen to develop this in @OxfordHealthNHS and @OUHospitals @OCDEM. Much needed to improve stability, safety and outcomes.
Psychological disorders, such as depression , anxiety and eating disorders are common in #type1diabetes
