As #AmericaDecides2020 focus moves to Pennsylvania here is an interesting Delyn constituency fact

The original street plan of Philadelphia is based on Caerwys in Delyn -Thomas Wynne of Caerwys became the 1st speaker of the local assembly & designed the new city based on home
Many towns in the key counties now counting in Pennsylvania still have original Welsh place names - known as the welsh barony -Lower Gwynedd , Radnor , Berwyn , Bala Cynwed - plus Chester county all settled by welsh Quaker’s whose ancestors are now voting @JoeBiden in 2020
And finally Wynnefield heights is , unsurprisingly , named after Delyn resident Thomas Wynne who sailed with William Penn to found the city of philadelphia on the ship “ welcome” his history is here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Wynne
And for those whose mind really needs blowing - Thomas Wynne one of the founder of Philadelphia would have lived near and walked past this church , st Michaels church ,in the town of Caerwys which stands today
