$OPTI THREAD #4 this means you had 90 days to buy shares. Even if you bought 250.00 worth every week for 3 months =3000.00 worth at adv of .02 you would be sitting about 250k shares around thus time when the news finally hit...anyone bashing this sold in AUG and forgot about it
