Reflecting on the notion of "Taking more ownership" I was forced to think on what does "ownership" mean to me -
1. Ownership is always with respect to an outcome
2. Taking ownership means - doing everything you can and leaving no stone unturned in achieving the outcome

3. Being the owner means that it is your neck on the line in delivering that outcome
4. Lack of ownership is when you know you could have done more towards delivering that outcome but did not

5. A telltale sign of lack of ownership is - do others look to you and firmly believe you are the owner of the outcome or do they look to someone else
