The GOP will now gerrymander congressional seats around the country for the next 10 years. People should ask themselves why GOP officials are actually giddy and celebratory about this result. Look at this:
In a combined pandemic-recession year, the Democrats barely won the presidency while taking a drubbing in Congressional races and ceding a decade of House races to Republicans. This is a worse result than 2016, and no one will realise it because of the neverending Trump show.
