There is no law that ballots must be counted on election night. You think they knew that Jefferson beat Adam’s that night?

Some of the people saying things like this pushed laws that made timely results impossible by forbidding early counting.

There is one side. That is the American side. That means counting the votes and accepting the will of the people.
