2. Meet Mark Elias- election law attorney, committed Democrat, DNC operative, and general counsel for the failed presidential campaigns of John Kerry (2004) and Hillary Clinton (2016). Elias also served as lead counsel for Al Franken during his campaign and 2008 recount.
3. Elias is the most important Democratic operative you’ve never heard of. 4. And for what it’s worth, Elias was directly responsible for hiring Fusion GPS on behalf of the Clinton Campaign in 2016 to provide opposition research that ultimately led to the infamous Steel Dossier.

As a DNC attorney, Elias has been actively challenging election laws in key battleground states intended to prevent voter fraud- all under the guise of campaigning against “voter suppression” and “disparate minority impact.” https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/the-posts-view/?itid=sn_opinions_1/
6. These efforts include challenges to laws against ballot harvesting, poll bussing, voter verification, witness requirements for absentee ballots, and ballot receipt deadlines.

7. Mark Elias’s “sue until blue” strategy has been at work for more than a decade and has been extremely effective at eroding barriers to fraud. 8. Mark Elias and the DNC have spent hundreds of millions on dollars on this effort. They directly threaten our sovereignty and right to self-determination by compromising the elections and securing favorable outcomes in the courts.

9. Now that the damage has been done, we need to stop the bleeding, and then get to work. We have to stand by Trump, demand litigation, and fight against this corrupt apparatus.
