If you look at the Harrison County returns (and I *think* this includes absentees), it's evident Trump got a nice bump with the Mississippi Vietnamese. East Biloxi precinct, which includes Little Saigon/Oak Street, showing 39% in 2020 vs. 27% in 2016.
This precinct isn't majority or even plurality Vietnamese. Probably about a quarter. But if there was a boost for Trump in this demo, it'd produce a noticeable enough swing (and a 12-point increase is noticeable, imo).
Vietnamese Americans are traditionally Republican. But everything I've read indicates that they mostly backed Clinton in 2016. Trump's improvement in East Biloxi does fit with the national trend of him doing better with non-whites, particularly Asians and Hispanics.
Tough to estimate the Latino vote in Mississippi because a) there's so few and b) vast majority can't/don't vote. There are a few small pockets in places like Tutwiler and Scott County, but most are very impoverished poultry workers that aren't citizens.
