Amelia Clark calls Dr. Lutz “insubordinate.” Clark said Lutz overstepped his authority by not following her orders, including not asking Clark for approval to: make calls, write emails to local politicians (including @marcusriccelli), and write op-ed’s in @SpokesmanReview.
Clark accuses Lutz of being sexist, noting a HR complaint from a female employee who said he “belittled her.”
Clark disagrees with Dr. Lutz attending a #BLM protest in Spokane, saying “it’s inconsistent” with the shutdown orders in May. Clark using Lutz’s attendance to the protest as a reason for his termination.
Clark accuses Lutz of massaging a female employees neck and put his knee behind her knee. “These actions were unwelcome,” Clark said. Also accuses Lutz of grabbing name tags “wherever they might be attached on the employees body.”
