Trump is done.

GOP knows it. Trump knows it, too.

Yes, Trump will increase GOP votes enough to get them close senate seats and gerrymandered House seats. But just enough of the country is not gonna embrace him that even with the electoral college, he's can never be at the top
But this is not good news from the GOP. At all. They might think they got all they wanted.

3 SCOTUS judges, Senate, HUGE tax cut for rich people... They can now discard Trump and move on with their usual politics. But I'm reminded of a great story from India.
The horse and lion were enemies in the forest. The horse couldn't defeat the lion alone so he sought help from man. The lion begged the horse not to. But the horse wouldn't listen. The man told the horse, "I will help you defeat the lion. But we can only do it, if I ride you."
The horse agreed. And so together they defeated the lion... but when the horse asked the man to climb down, he refused. He dragged the horse out of the forest and rides it to this day.
The GOP might *think* it can get rid of Trump because they can't win presidential elections with him.

But now White supremacists know they can manipulate the GOP much more brazenly and directly. Do you think they are HAPPY that the GOP isn't joining the "fraud" train?
Moving forward, the GOP cannot bank on the White supremacist vote without Trump-style White supremacist outreach. That is going to continue to drive away people in the suburbs. But it gets worse.
The engagement that Trump brought from anti-Trump camps this election will actually intensify.

That's because A LOT of White people were unaware how deep White supremacy runs among Trump supporters. The election was supposed to be a kumbaya. A blow out. This is terrifying
The last time, was a surprise to even some ardent progressives. Not enough people voted. Hillary didn't go to the midwest. She wasn't running on economic populism enough. Blah blah blah.

White supremacists knew their power this year. Their White opponent's didn't.
Going forward, fighting White supremacy is going to become more crucial.

But more importantly, it will become a voting issue for White people on both sides not just the right because it is hurting White people.

That is really bad news for the GOP.
