#JUSTIN The Guilford County Board of Elections says they received 1,500 absentee ballots between election night and today. There are still a number of absentee ballots that were requested that haven’t come back, but CONTEXT is crucial here. (1/3)
(2/3) Director for the Guilford County Board of Elections tells me they mailed out 30,000 absentee that they haven’t received back, BUT a portion of those people voted either early or in-person on Election Day.
(3/3) The director says they’re still trying to figure out the number of people that requested those absentee ballots but instead decided to vote in person or early. That will give them a better idea of how many potential votes could be out there that haven’t come in.
