Indian leopard (Panthera pardus fusca) it’s widely distributed but it is still listed as vulnerable. Besides humans it’s natural enimies are tigers. The Indian leopard has strong legs and a long well-formed tail, short ears and small, and yellowish grey eyes.

Sri Lankan leopard (Panthera pardus kotiya) it has close-set rosettes, which are smaller than in Indian leopards. unlike other sub species this one is on top of the food chain on the island so it tends to be the dominant species. And faces no natural enemies.

Indochinese leopard (Panthera pardus delacouri) is a leopard subspecies native to mainland Southeast Asia and southern China. They are very rare spot spot in general because they are listed as critically endangered.

The Javan leopard (Panthera pardus melas) is a leopard subspecies confined to the Indonesian island of Java. It has been listed as Critically Endangered.
