What kills me that if these rappers actually took the time to just sit and educate themselves on the political processes they try to intrude on then maybe they wouldn’t be so butt hurt when people come to them with diagrams about why what they did was nonsense.

@icecube hears “$500bn to the Black community” but didn’t look at the fine print of what that meant, just took it at face value. Now he’s trying to defend his mistake instead of admitting he was wrong.

Like as public figures, if you want to be involved in political processes and speak so outwardly about it, you have a responsibility to properly educate yourself on what you’re getting involved in and make your intentions clear.

This ain’t a game. Making a mistake like that might not matter to a rich man like him, but it definitely effects the working class people he was intending to help with this “$500bn” plan.
