2/4 The person seen in the photo is Colonel Tehran Mensimov, who coordinates the special forces in Nakhichevan. In the summer of 2020 he was the coordinator of the Azerbaijani forces during the Turkish-Azerbaijani military exercises in Nakhichevan

3/4 Let us note the fact that #Azerbaijan uses its civilian aircraft for military purposes. Earlier it was reported that civilian planes were being used to transport mercenaries and terrorists from Syria to Azerbaijan.
