Of course, you should also check out the latest/updated documentation from Microsoft Docs. (Warning: It's substantial as well.) I'd also absolutely recommend searching through WDAC posts/comments here on Twitter from @j3ffr3y1974, @bohops, and many others. Tons of useful info.
One warning (if you want to call it that😄) about Matt's works: he's really, really good. But I promise you don't have to be a first-rank Powershell master or be able to reverse engineer Windows components to use WDAC. I can personally attest to that.🙂
