Why we mad? You posted black squares, you asked how you could help, you posted #runwithmaud, you said #BLM, you asked Black people what you could do, and as @Duanecia said..... voted for trump.

This is the difference between theory and practice.

In theory you like how being an ally sounds and looks. You like bragging about your Black “friends” and how you went to protest. But in practice where you have to make hard decisions, hard conversations, lose friends, push your boss, be the only person in the room....

Well the practice was too much. This is where we have the issue. How you vote shows what you support. How you vote shows what is important to you. How you vote tells us what things should be funded, what policies put in place, and more important....
