So many Trumpers dont even care for Trump himself they care abt what he represents, they think its funny to be bullies and make vulnerable people cry, they think its funny and even within their right to just offend and upset people on purpose, they wanna own the libs or whatever
Unrestrained internet access for 13 y/os and propaganda targeting old people new to the internet was an intentional cesspool built to create this coalition of people who find joy and peace in mocking people and feeling relived in the fact they dont have to care abt anyone at all
And the thing is too it only hurts them too, they surround themselves with people who shame them for caring about anything, they force themselves to stop caring about anything including themselves, when they want to be vulnerable they cant bcs vulnerability is laughed at
They put themselves in a position where the only emotion they feel safe having is vindictive, and all they can do resent people who feel safe and okay being vulnerable, feel safe being themselves, and furthermore have the audacity to be empowered while doing it
I genuinely implore that by the end of this election and everything that these people please please try and recover, recover with people who want to change or did, understand why people are hurt by you and angry with you but also care enough to turn that around for the future
So many of you are losing family and friends over this, that relationship cant be recovered without some serious care, the willingness to be vulnerable and the willingness to put your guard down to understand someone elses emotions, feelings do matter, they just do.
