As Chair of @theRCN Trade Union Committee I want 2 say that across the UK Nurses are on their knees, HCSW are often in tears. The fear of being unable 2 deliver high quality care 2 patients is distressing. @downingstreet cant keep asking more when there is nothing left to give.

Nurses do not feel safe. @downingstreet @MattHancock was warned and has chosen to do nothing. The public are being duped into believing a dichotomy exists between health and the economy. Without health you have no wealth. Goverment ministers sticking head in the sand
