So, I was really upset by the primary and at first I was in a fit about Joe Biden as the nominee; I think thought if Joe wins PA (I haven’t looked this morning) it’s something he is uniquely able to do as a Dem, and 100% one of the reasons he was put on Obama’s ticket.

I do want the party going forward not to hit a default button. “White guy-middle age” “white guy -> 80” but Biden has done well, he has let Senator Harris (I wanna write her new title but I’m getting superstitious) shine in stead of taking all the space.

My caveat where I would be a hypocrite is @SherrodBrown and a First Lady @ConnieSchultz Shultz. He’d run well in the states we need back, andCm, um, they are just incredible.

But @JoeBiden , I was a little mad about your selection as our nominee. I am proud of the class you’ve shown and the way you’ve quieted fears in emails. I’ll never forget your role in getting the ACA done-it saved my life.

And @JoeBiden , your selection of @KamalaHarris was wise and the best choice. I’m going to cry she. You give your victory speech, but to see a woman, especially a woman of color at the center of power is going to make me bawl. Good tears.

I trust you to fix the court, handle coronavirus better, support Americans, strengthen healthcare and fumigate this country from one of its darkest eras. @JoeBiden you’ve got a huge mess to fix but you’ve got most of a country behind you that is ready to do what it takes.

And @KamalaHarris , I am beside myself with joy that my little girl, 6 , won’t grow up even remembering much about Trump. She’s going to think women at the highest echelons of power are the norm. Thank you, @SenKamalaHarris . Voting for you was uniquely moving.
