Avoid unhealthy habits

When we’re feeling stressed, some of us turn to unhealthy habits like drinking or eating unhealthy food. Try to reconise these habits and avoid them where you can – our blog on habits might be useful: https://bit.ly/2IbbDUr  (3/6)
Be active 👟

Exercise won’t make your stress go away completely, but it can help make it feel more manageable. It doesn’t have to mean doing something intense either! You could do something gentle like yoga or go for a walk in your local park. (4/6)
Help others

People who help others have been shown to be more resilient to stress. You could volunteer for a local charity, or do a random act of kindness a day – read our blog for some ideas: https://bit.ly/36aYL9c  (5/6)
