"If you have recently lost an election by tens of thousands of votes in a handful of battleground states, please read this pamphlet..."
Right now, you are probably hurting and beginning the various stages of grief. Denial comes first. Sadly, for some of you this will a permanent condition. For most, it is treatable!
Next comes the anger. It's okay to be upset, gather, and protest, but just remember, there are always more elections. Frivolous lawsuits might make you feel better (briefly), but votes are votes and your candidate lost.
Your steadfast commitment to "law & order" will help you channel your anger in a healthy and constructive manner. Remember, interfering in an election is a crime. Don't do it. It won't change the outcome but it will delay your recovery.
Over the next four years, some rage may be allowed in instances of extrajudicial police executions based on race, but if you're reading this right now you are probably white, so that is *highly* unlikely.
Last comes acceptance. The electoral college is horrible, and while it may have saved your candidate in a previous election, the numbers don't lie. The more popular candidate won as it should be.
Hug your loved ones. Try to avoid the uncontrolled spread of the raging COVID-19 pandemic and you will get through this (probably).
