As we know the top flight of Rugby League in the UK is irrelevant to the majority of the population.

So many teams in the top tier offer nothing to the game. Super League and these clubs have shown they don't care about a top 10 fanbase in the game in a new country.

This idea respects the games history and the vision that should be there to expand nationwide.

Cricket has a new city based competition but Cricket isn't broken, Rugby League is.
