It's just small crap like this in the beginning.

And in some future time, some of those Canadians will get on social media and be outraged that the PM is abusing us so. They will tell their friends and they will all believe the PM to be corrupt and the media to be both lying and in collusion when they speak the truth.

And we won't do anything about this because somehow we feel that a guy who lauds his military credentials as proving his honour and who leads the opposition should, in fact be able to lie to us and mislead us like this because ... politics.

Then we look at each other and shrug and wonder why populism is slowly absorbing our brains.

Maybe instead of entertaining a country that is already lost, @ddale8 could come back to Canada and try to help save ours.

We do it to ourselves because we won't insist on better.
