10 TIPS TO HELP YOU THROUGH LOCKDOWN

🗓 Find a small daily routine that works for you
🌳 Expose yourself to nature EVERY day, even if you just stare at a tree
🕺🏾 Move your body each day, even for just 5 minutes
☎️ Call a friend or relative each day
🧘🏾‍♂️Have 10 minutes of intentional solitude - sit with your thoughts, don’t distract yourself with social media - allow yourself to really experience what you are feeling
📺 If you must watch the news, only watch once per day and don’t watch 2 hours before bed
📝 Write down 3 things you are grateful for
🆗 Don’t beat yourself up if you feel down. It is ok to not feel ok
🖥 If working from home, enforce boundaries between work time and home time - change rooms, shut your laptop etc
