10 TIPS TO HELP YOU THROUGH LOCKDOWN

Find a small daily routine that works for you

Expose yourself to nature EVERY day, even if you just stare at a tree

Move your body each day, even for just 5 minutes

Call a friend or relative each day

Have 10 minutes of intentional solitude - sit with your thoughts, don’t distract yourself with social media - allow yourself to really experience what you are feeling

If you must watch the news, only watch once per day and don’t watch 2 hours before bed

Write down 3 things you are grateful for

Don’t beat yourself up if you feel down. It is ok to not feel ok

If working from home, enforce boundaries between work time and home time - change rooms, shut your laptop etc

Remember, this too shall pass
