My thoughts on the US election:
Firstly the process must be allowed to play out, this doesn’t mean ignore instances of apparent fraud, or suspect counting. This means use the legal actions available and challenge where you can.
Second, see what these Courts have to say and understand that just because Trump has put certain judges on the courts they are not in debt to him. They must be impartial and approach every issue with regard to the Constitution of the US and the appropriate Laws.
These conservative or originalist judges are not mean to be activist judges, that is the exact opposite of what anyone on any side of politics should want.
Once this is done the issues need to be fixed, especially if the courts highlight grey areas or grey areas appear.
Maybe an idea would be to create national electoral standards, including a national voter registry that can be easily updated and is visible to all states.
Like conservatives have been asking for ID should become mandatory.
How can the Democrats argue they are the party of science and healthcare when they can’t envisage away to give all citizens an ID so they can vote, like come on.
Create a nationally recognised electoral commission in charge of supervising the count.
No matter what side of politics you are on, you should be scared to hear stories that scrutineers have been forced to leave or made stand that far away that they can’t do their job. What if Republican held states did it to Democrat scrutineers? Would you turn a blind eye.
