With four states uncalled, here is the status:

Biden needs to win:

Pennsylvania

OR

any two of: Nevada, Georgia, Arizona
[1]
Biden leads in all but GA.

It seems inevitable that he will win PA if the votes there are counted, by a large margin.

It is unclear how Georgia will shake out. It will be close. Trump has a lead and counting more votes is narrowing it.
[2]
Biden leads in AZ and more counting appears to be narrowing that. Counting has stopped for tonight.

Biden leads in NV and it is unclear which direction more counting will go.
[3]
There is no realistic doubt that a continued count will result in a Biden win, on the basis of Pennsylvania alone, which he could win up to 306 electoral votes if he wins all four states.

The only realistic doubt would be if legal challenges halt the counts.
[4]
The counts will almost certainly indicate a Biden win if they continue.

Even if that happens, there will be court action. That's where this will conclude, not in the counting rooms.
[5]
People who make absolute statements, as though they are fact, are delivering opinions, not facts. None of the states is absolutely locked up yet. People should be careful to distinguish opinions from actual information. The reader deserves to know the difference.
