There's been ongoing conversation and planning for several months for the county police to take over the city because it's cheaper. Basically, they don't need him. If you dig back into the City Council, you can see that started before August even, prior to the image below.
@LorenCulp, who lost the #waelex run against @GovInslee lied today to the community during his "Lunch With Loren" live feed from his vehicle. Keep counting the votes, yes that's how it works, but you still lose.
