So I'm tired of MSNBC's stupidity. Here is the Math. Before the Election, Democrats held 45 seats + 2 Independents = 47 Seats. The 2 most endangered Dems were Doug Jones & Gary Peters. That put us at 45 safe seats. We needed to be +5 to get to 50 plus Veep or +6 to get to 51.
We won Hickenlooper's & Gary Peters' seat outright. Doug Jones lost. So we are officially at +2.
Mark Kelly is ahead of McSally but it hasn't been called yet. That puts us at +3.
We have 3 races left: One in NC, One in Georgia going to a recount, & one in Georgia uncalled.

The Jon Ossoff race may go to a runoff along with Warnock's. We don't know as they are still counting.

Ohhhhhh & Look. I forgot all about this but someone just reminded me. Al Gross' race in Alaska is still undecided! Is that a long shot? Yes, but it is at 50% reported. So we need to net 2 out of these 4 to get to 50+1 or 3 out of these 4 to get to 51.
