Deputy Secretary of State for Elections in Nevada tells me additional election results will load one county at a time on the website starting at 9am tomorrow.

(He says the results can only load one county at a time, so they will not all post at 9am.)

Okay, so why is Nevada taking so long?

The Deputy SOS for Elections say the vast majority of election results are already in, but he also points to Assembly Bill 4 which required that all active registered voters be sent a mail in ballot.
The ballots can be counted up to a week after election if they were postmarked by Election Day.
If a signature on a mail ballot is rejected, voters can confirm it is theirs until 9th day after the election.
A large number of ballots dropped off yesterday also are being counted.
I asked him whether AB4 resulted in inefficiency. He said he thinks the process is efficient and it resulted in a record number of voters mailing in their ballots.

(Election officials said repeatedly before the election that we would not have final results on Election Night.)
