Got some ideas from a friend: Remove Trump 2-for-1 executive order that requires agencies to rescind two regulations for every new regulation. While it applies to all regulations, it has blocked energy efficiency standards the most, nothing has moved forward in the past 4 years
Designate electric transmission corridors (which the latest congestion study doesn’t recommend)
Remove trade barriers on components that can no longer be produced in foundries in the United States. #Wind and storage are most affected by Section 301 tariffs; #solar is most affected by Section 201 tariffs.
Expand capacity on existing transmission lines & encourage capacity of organized markets.
