Here's how @STLApproves did map-wise. I updated the map to have the rough percent margins when you look at the wards. Again, really marked up the wins in the south and central while hanging on in the North. https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=1zulrBJdiKRyJyFBWwJBM5Ips9IXVyrRO&usp=sharing
Greatest margin for victory was Ward 15 (82% - 18%) Ward 8 (81% - 19%) and Ward 9 (80% - 20%). Again shout out to Alders @MeganEllyia , @AnnieRiceStL , and @DanGuentherSTL for all voting against the BOA's last minute resolution against Prop D.
Greatest loss margin was @jeffreyboyd 's Ward 22 (42%-57%), Ward 27 (46%-54%), and Ward 4 (46% - 54%). Notably, Ward 21 w/ @JohnMuhammadJr , a very prominent voice in the NO on Prop D camp, voted it down by less than 20 votes.
Added in some info about the aldermanic votes on Res. 61 against Prop D. It looks like 10 (11 if you count the 20th's present vote and nonsupport) of the 28 wards were inconsistent with how the wards went. All of them were alders not supporting the measure and voters voting for.
The most inconsistent raw vote wise was Ward 16. @OldenburgSTL didn't support the measure, but his ward did by 3006 votes. The most inconsistent percentage wise was Ward 14. @Alderman14 didn't support the measure, but her ward voted it by a 52% margin.
If you added the votes of only the wards whose alders voted against the measure, it still passes by more than a 25 percent margin.

If you added the votes of only the wards whose alders voted for the measure, it passes by a 51% margin.
