The Democrats will double down. There will be massive obstruction of some of the worst of the Democrats' plans while our administrative apparatus is filled (though not likely at the top) with radicals who will start remaking our country where we can't do anything about it. https://twitter.com/sullydish/status/1324107720392396801
There is absolutely nothing the Democrats can do to placate or control their radical base now, and they will be pushed as hard as pushing is possible to implement every imaginable radical policy, so long as it can be done below the legislative level. Expect a lot of task forces.
The radical base may go a bit quieter in their public antics, like riots and the like (can't tell, but I suspect they'll be applied much more strategically), but the pressure will not be less on the administration but more because access will activate their will to power.
The most dangerous place to be relative to the radical left is on the moderate left. Those are the soft targets they hit the hardest, most consistently, and most relentlessly. If those are the people put into power, the last shield, which was admittedly flimsy, falls.
The problem with the analytical class is that they're analyzing the field as though the usual rules are going to still apply in the face of a relentless attempt to subvert them with an administration that isn't likely just to be permissive but actively complicit.
I'm an atheist. I advise praying pretty hard that Arizona flips back and whatever else has to happen to narrowly block Biden from power.

If that doesn't happen, start figuring out what you need to do to stand up to quiet administrative takeovers where divided powers don't reach.
