Just did some digging on WI voter turnout.

They are saying that there is an 89% voter turnout in 2020. Impressive. BUT, the US average (predicted by WaPo) for 2020 is 66%. So WI is beating the US by 23%? Ok. 1/4
Then I looked up WI voter turnout over past elections. Dating from 1984-2016, they average 57.66%, with the highest ever being 72.90% in 2004.

We are supposed to believe the following:
WI beat the US average in 2020 by 23%

WI beat their own avg by 31.34%
WI beat their own record by 16.1%
