✅ Californians passed Prop 17, restoring the right to vote to anyone currently on parole for felony convictions.

✅ Recreational marijuana was passed in NJ, MT, AZ + SD, while medical passed in MS + SD.

✅ Oregon will decriminalize small amounts of drugs, incl. heroin + cocaine as well as legalize “magic mushrooms,” for controlled, supervised use.

✅ D.C. will decriminalize mushrooms + other organic psychedelic drugs.
