M is for "Meritorious" (Deserving of praise). Everything about #Sanditon is deserving of praise--the cast, the writing, the wonderful music, the costumes, the scenery, etc. #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Machiavellian" (characterized by crafty, duplicitous behavior): Clara & Edward are Machiavellian characters. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Maniacal" (overzealous to the point of insanity): Tom becomes almost maniacal in his efforts to turn #Sanditon into the premiere seabathing resort on the whole of the south coast. #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Myriad" (excessively large quantity): There are myriad reasons #Sanditon needs at least 1 more season--not the least of which is the missing #Sidlotte HEA that we all crave. #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Mulish" (stubborn): Many characters are stubborn in #Sanditon including Tom and Old Stringer. Perhaps we could view Babbers as stubborn, too, as he stubbornly refused to be deterred by Esther's rejection of him & eventually won her hand. #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Magnanimous" (generous): Arthur has a very magnanimous spirit--whether he is lending encouragement to Georgiana, offering his inheritance to help Tom, or sharing toast, port, & a warm fire w/ Charlotte. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Misanthropic" (disliking humanity): Oftentimes Lady D appears misanthropic bc she does not appear to like anyone very much. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Merry" (Cheerful): When Arthur kicks up his heels and trips the light fantastic, he is very merry. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Munificent" (extremely generous): It was very munificent of Lady Susan to lend her support to the regatta through her attendance because it helped insure its success for Tom (& Char, whose idea it was) #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Masquerade" (masked ball): #Sidlotte's beautiful dance Mrs. Maudsley's Masked Ball is something I do not tire of watching over & over again. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Means" (financial resources): Tom spent far beyond his means in the hopes of #Sanditon being a great success. #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Machinations" (crafty schemes or plots): Clara's machinations do not appear to be successful bc Lady Denham ultimately sends her away from #Sanditon. #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Market" (to advertise in a way that results in a sale): Tom's attempts to market #Sanditon's luxury apartments fall on deaf ears at Mrs. Maudsley's Ball. #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Macarons" (yummy meringue-based French cookies): I really hope there were towers of macarons in the food tent at the regatta. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Manhood" (a term used to describe the male genitalia): Sidney's glorious manhood was on full display when Charlotte peeped him at the cove--too bad I couldn't see it. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Maze" (a network of pathways designed in a puzzling way): Surely Charlotte found London's streets rather like a maze as she struggled to navigate them upon her arrival. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Melancholy" (extreme sadness): I was filled with melancholy by the end of Ep.8 of #Sanditon, & I have yet to recover. #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Moron" (stupid person): Tom was a moron for not paying the insurance premiums & allowing the policy to lapse, if he ever had one to begin with. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Magnificent" (impressively beautiful, visually striking): Sidney Parker's naked form is a magnificent sight, regardless of the side you are standing on whilst viewing him. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Masticate" (to chew): No one had the opportunity to masticate the pineapple at the luncheon bc it was rotten & full of maggots. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Magical" (remarkable or beautiful in a way that seems like magic): The chemistry between #Sanditon's Sidney & Charlotte was magical to me. #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Mull" (ponder or consider): If only Sidney had had more time to mull over the solution to Tom's problem, perhaps he could've arrived at a better solution. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Mirthless" (lacking in joy): Crowe describes Esther as "positively mirthless" in #Sanditon. #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Marriage" (wedlock, matrimony): Sidney had wished to make Charlotte an offer of marriage, but then he was unable to after the fire. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Microganisms" (Living cells invisible to the naked eye): I would hazard a guess that the London Grumbler's teeth (and body) are crawling with an unsavory assortment of microorganisms. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Matrimony" (marriage): Eventually Esther agreed to matrimony with Lord B, but she was initially quite resistant. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS

M is for "Mellow" (free from harshness): Some people found Sidney harsh in the beginning, but as he fell in love with Charlotte he began to become more mellow and his softer side became more apparent. #Sanditon #SaveSanditon #SanditonPBS
