~Practice body positivity~
#1. Research is one of the main things that helped me appreciate and understand my body more. Being exposed to porn at a young age has been one of the most damaging things to my esteem by thinking that my "parts" were supposed to look a certain way
but studying my anatomy and seeking out representation of those who shared the same traits as I do helped me become more secure with myself.

#2 - I never pass up on a chance of looking at myself naked and it has become more beneficial over the years because it's making me
more accepting of my shape and desire less of what someone else has. Nowadays, I either just spend a lot of time just observing my body in the mirror after a shower and less of critiquing it. Nudes are also a big confidence booster as well, but when you take them, think of
them as a gift for you instead of having the intent of showing someone else to avoid applying pressure on yourself by expecting your nudes to fit someone else's standards. Also you don't have to just be plain naked all of the time, get fun with it, and invest in some lingerie.
~ Pleasure yourself ~
This can be beneficial to activating your sacral chakra because you're getting to know yourself on a sensual level without a risk of messing up your flow energetically by getting involved with the wrong person.

~Shadow work and your inner child~
I feel like repression of your sexuality is more than likely to happen depending on your childhood. Everyone has this idea of what sexuality is supposed to be like but does it stem from their own thinking or possible
trauma? Sexuality should be unique for every single person, however, you should really dig deep inside yourself to find out what your true values are regarding sex. The sacral chakra is linked to our emotions so the best way to find these answers to write about any experience
with grief, shame, abandonment, etc and make connections to how it affects our relationship to sexual intimacy. Giving yourself a chance to write about it creates a safe space for you to learn and self reflect without any restrictions.
