If you've been in and pre-purchased things that are coming out before/on the 10th or after the 10th, but before/on the 19th you should have been told what you're meant to do when you did your pre-purchase.

If you've ordered things online for collection in store, depending on what day they are released & when you get your collection notification, you'll have two days with which to pick them up.
Either the 10th or the 19th.
There are no other collection days, we will not be there.

If you don't collect your things on either of those two days, whether they are pre-purchased or delivered to store, they will remain safe till after lockdown and then you can try again.
If you missed pre-purchase your pre-orders are kept for 48 hours after lockdown, then sold.

YOU CANNOT COME TO THE STORE AND BUY THINGS ON THE 10TH OR THE 19TH.

You will not have the option to purchase anything, just collect what has already been fully paid for in store/delivered from the website.

If there are games coming out later into lockdown that you've pre-ordered, those will still be waiting in the store for you after lockdown!
