To be clear, because this narrative is continuing to circle social media here in Wisconsin --

There are not more ballots cast here than registered voters.
Per @WI_Elections as of 11/1: 3,684,726 active registered voters in #Wisconsin. I watched >20 people at one polling place register to vote on #ElectionDay so we know that number has risen.

99% reporting, ballots cast for all 5 presidential candidates on WI ballot: 3,289,146
This is a difference of 395,580. Unofficially, 395,580 registered voters in Wisconsin have not recorded a vote (provisional, military overseas, one of few hundred remaining from tiny township still wrapping up, or simply did not vote). #Wisconsin
