By my count, that means Lehigh still has 41,700 ballots to tabulate tomorrow, or 54% of those cast. #lvelection

With just 35,801, or 46% of the mail-in ballots counted, it doesn't look like we will determine the winner of the #PA07 race this afternoon. #lvelection

And to clarify, that's the count in Lehigh. We are still waiting for the results of ~11,000 mail-in ballots returned in Monroe County and 1,632 in Northampton. Monroe has counted 668, or 2%, countywide today (only the southern portion is in #PA07) #lvelection
