PA Alleghany Co (Pittsburgh) will hand-count some absentees tmrw due to issues. Vendor accidentally sent wrong ballots to some voters, then sent correct ones - 29k involved. They're hand-inspecting to ID accidentally-voted wrong ballots.

My current read: There have been irregularities in Philly. There are plausible claims in WI, MI, NV, & GA that have been raised & cd ultimately be found legit by courts.

Looked at Prez vs all US House votes in Gwinnett, DeKalb & Fulton counties in GA - not seeing any crazy drop-off there, either
